• first engineering contract for the capacity increase of 2 pelletizing plants
• first engineering contract for a 3m-wide greenfield pelletizing plant

2021

• first iron ore beneficiation contract (debottlenecking of Fe-concentrator)

2022

• largest engineering contract (so far) for a 5mtpy greenfield pelletizing plant
• first extensive FEED contract for a pellet plant with a comprehensive portion in for the upstream concentration step.

2023

• first contract in India for the design of 2 pelletizing plants
• first delivery contract for smart automation tools for a pelletizing plant

2024

• first contract for the engineering and the delivery of core equipment for a
  pelletizing plant in China
• major contract in India for AMNS together with Danieli Corus for engineering and delivery of smart automation tools

2025

• growth of portfolio reflected in 4 business areas: beneficiation, pelletizing, automation and cold agglomeration
• launch of product family “DigiFer” for smart automation tools
• first  successful commissioning of NewFer pelletizing plants in India and China
• taking into operation of the first Heat Recovery System (HRS) following the hot air cooling scheme with remarkable results in energy savings
• incorporation of NewFer India Pvt. Ltd.
• first major contract award in beneficiation (testwork and basic engineering for a 4mtpy concentrator in India)
• award of BE for first curing furnace for cold agglomerated briquettes worldwide
• integration of NewFer’s business into Danieli NewFer GmbH to ensure its long-term continuation and future development and growth  in a new strategic environment
